Tamokeh Agency provides online reputation management services as agreed in writing with each client. The specific deliverables, timeline, and fees are confirmed before work begins.

Review platforms, social networks, and search engines make their own independent decisions about content. We do not and cannot guarantee that any review, post, article, or search result will be removed, de-indexed, or reinstated.

Removal and de-indexing requests are only submitted where content appears to violate the relevant platform's policies or applicable law.

We do not create, purchase, or post fake reviews, offer incentives for ratings, or use deceptive methods. Clients agree not to ask us to perform any activity that breaches platform policies or the law.

Clients agree to provide accurate information, grant the access needed to deliver the services, and respond to reasonable requests for approval in a timely manner.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to the services is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
