Refund Policy

If you cancel before any work has started on your project, you are eligible for a full refund of any upfront payment.

Once work has begun, fees cover the time and expertise invested in audits, strategy, response writing, profile optimization, and request preparation. Partial refunds for unused portions of a service may be offered at our discretion.

Because removal, de-indexing, and reinstatement decisions are made solely by each platform, a platform declining a properly prepared request is not, on its own, grounds for a refund. Any outcome-based terms will be agreed in writing before work begins.

Ongoing monthly services can be cancelled at any time and will not renew for the following billing period. Payments for the current period are non-refundable.
